As part of the VerG Team at Coldwell Banker - comprised of my youngest son, Zach VerHow, and myself - I take a faith and family-first approach, focusing on building relationships through honesty, integrity, transparency, compassion, and open communication. My background in financial planning and investments enables me to understand both the emotional and logistical aspects of real estate. Additionally, Northern Colorado has been my home nearly all my life, which gives me a comprehensive knowledge of the area and local market.

Having assisted an equal number of buyers and sellers in real estate has given me a well-rounded perspective on every step of the process. Experience has shown that every transaction is unique, so I take a custom approach each time; prioritizing my clients' goals, priorities, and best interests. It gives me immense joy to walking alongside clients through the home buying or selling process, and I find it gratifying to see all the pieces come together.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and playing volleyball.
